Join DJ Jodi Entertainment and Fast Girl Productions as we kick off LGBTQ+ Pride Month in Ogunquit, ME with some serious belly laughs!

7PM – Doors

7:45PM – Comedy Show featuring Jaye McBride, hosted by local favorite Monica Dorley

9PM – Throwback Thursday – dancing in the Main Room with DJ Jodi


ABOUT JAYE MCBRIDE:

Jaye McBride is funny, smart and proudly transgender. Jaye is the first openly transgender comedian to perform at Madison Square Garden is a regular at New York City’s “Comedy Cellar”. In 2021 she was featured as one of the “New Faces” at the Just For Laugh’s comedy festival and has also been featured at The Boston and Limestone Comedy Festivals.

In addition to stand-up, Jaye speaks at high schools, colleges and groups all across the country about being transgender and how we can help trans kids from facing some of the obstacles and challenges she faced. Having transitioned in 2007, Jaye is uniquely qualified to talk about awkward first dates, strained family relationships and self-acceptance.

Jaye is originally from Upstate NY but now lives in Brooklyn, NY.


Ticket purchase policies:  

All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is cancelled. If you are unable to attend, you may sell your tickets or contact DJ Jodi via email only (info@djjodi.com) within 48 hours of the event start time to have your tickets moved to another Tea Dance** within the same calendar year. Any notifications that come in under 48 hours will result in forfeiture of tickets.

**Tickets may not be moved to St. Paddy’s Tea or Women’s Weekend. 


Attendance policies:

  • You must have a valid ID on you at all times (ME state law)
  • Bags subject to search
  • No beverages of any kind allowed in the building
  • DJE or MeSt staff has the right to refuse admittance or service to anyone visibly intoxicated.
  • Any fights or altercations are grounds for being asked to leave with no reimbursement.
